To unblock your IP, please contact us in the chat or send an email to support@fozzy.com with a request to unblock your IP. It is necessary to specify the IP you see in the blocking notification.

If you have lost your password to access your personal cabinet, please use the password reset form by clicking the link. Enter the email address that you use to sign in to your personal cabinet in the Email Address field. Instructions on how to reset your password will be sent to that email address.
