How can I activate an affiliate partnership?
If you already have an account in our system, just go to your client area, click the “Affiliates” link in the menu bar, and click the “Activate Affiliate Account” button. If you don’t have an account, you can create it at the following link. You will see your referral link in the “Affiliates” section after the activation. Just give this link to your friends or clients and you will get a reward for each service registered and paid using your link.
Do I have to buy your services to become a partner?
You can just register an account and activate the partnership, there is no need to buy services.
When and how can I get my reward?
You can get your reward one month after your referral makes a payment. To withdraw a reward, go to your client area, click the “Affiliates” link in the menu bar and choose a withdrawal method there. If you choose the “Balance” method, the specified amount of your reward will be automatically transferred to your account balance. You can use it for fast invoice payment in our system. If you choose the “PayPal” method, the Affiliate Withdrawal Request will be made in our system and will be proceeded within 3 working days. We will additionally inform you about the result of the withdrawal via email.
Will I get money just for the first referral payment or for afterward as well?
It depends on the affiliate option for referring, you chose when registering. You will be able to withdraw the reward one month after each payment. The minimal amount to withdraw is 5 € / 5 $.
Can I register my affiliates myself?
Yes, you can. But you have to enter your customer’s data, not yours.
How can a freelancer or web-design studio get your hosting for free?
First of all, you have to order the “Fast Site” plan, then submit a ticket from your client area, requesting free hosting, as you are a freelancer or a web studio.
If you already have your own website, upload it to the service you’ve ordered and inform us. We will check its content and prolong your service for one year if the content fits the partner program’s rules. You will get an automatic invoice for this service at the end of this period. If you want to prolong your free hosting for the next period, create a ticket regarding this. We will recheck your site’s content and, if it still fits the partner program rules, prolong your service for the next year and cancel the invoice.
If you don’t have a website with information about your services, we can give you a free month to create it. Inform us when your site is ready, and we will activate your free hosting as it was mentioned above. Please note that a free hosting program includes only the “Fast Site” plan. We do not provide free domains or free addons in this program.
Should I show you my website to get free hosting for it?
Yes, we must ensure that your site’s content fits the partner program rules before providing you with free hosting.
But if you have not finished developing your site, we can give you a free month to finish it. Just create a ticket and inform us about the services you are going to provide.
For which services will I get a reward?
You will be rewarded for each shared hosting / Linux VPS / Windows VPS service ordered using your affiliate link or promo code. Please note that you will not get a reward for domains and additions.
