How to connect to a Windows VPS from Android

Install the Microsoft Remote Desktop app.
Open the app and accept the license agreement.
Add your VPS details into the app:
1. Tap the plus sign in the top right corner, select “Add PC”.
2. Type your VPS IP address into the “PC NAME” field. Under “USER ACCOUNT” select “Add user account”, then enter your VPS credentials there.
3. Tap “Save” and “Save” again.
To connect to your VPS from the app:
1. First, rotate your phone sideways.
2. Then, tap the saved PC card, the app begins connecting to the VPS.
3. Do not allow the app to send you notifications.
4. When asked about a certificate, check the “Never ask again…” box.
5. Et voilà! You are connected!
